Chip has been married for 30 years to Jennifer. They have three grown children: Carrie, Justin, and Dawson.
Chip is an avid reader on the subject of leadership, rides bikes, and has completed a number of marathons.

Career Coach Jennifer Toth
Helping people find their niche is what Jennifer does best. Working for several years at a not
for profit organization, Jennifer facilitated the placement of volunteers and learned a great deal
about identifying what motivates a person, the importance of understanding different personality types
and helping people find their sweet spot; that place of convergence between passion, personality
and aptitudes. She has been the Director of Career Services at a university where she and her staff
helped traditional and non traditional aged students with career decisions and preparation skills.
Jennifer is certified and experienced in effectively using several assessment tools including
the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Strong Interest Inventory, Strengths Quest and DiSC.
With a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University in Adult Education and a Master's from
Rochester Institute of Technology in Career and Human Resource Development, she has the background
and skills needed to effectively help clients of all ages.
